A Charleston man is facing charges following an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
Investigators say the man had child pornography in his possession.
Ryan McShane Cobb, 38, was arrested September 6, 2017 on one charge of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree.
This felony offense is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
In a press release announcing Cobb's arrest, Attorney General Alan Wilson stressed all defendants are presumed innocent unless they are proven guilty in a court of law.
