NCPD: Man forcibly fondled young boy
The North Charleston Police Department reports Cozate Hunter, 37, of North Charleston forcibly fondled a young boy.
NCPD responded to the incident on Wednesday, November 15 at around 8:26 p.m.
Police said Hunter lured the young boy into his home by telling the boy he could make money by selling roses, but the boy refused. Hunter then told the boy he could make more than $10 dollars if he helped him move some boxes into his home, police said.
The assault happened while Hunter and the victim were on his bed watching a movie, police said.
Hunter was given a $10,000 bond.
Berkeley County dispatch says Hunter was a former employee.
