MMA fighter, girlfriend arrested on drug charges in Andrews
ANDREWS, S.C. (WCIV) - An MMA fighter and his girlfriend were arrested last week on drug charges after Georgetown County deputies executed a search warrant at their home.
According to deputies, Kreed Cornell Bateman and Clarissa Priscilla Samuel were arrested Friday at the Devonshire Apartments in Andrews.
Bateman was charged with distribution of crack, possession with the intent to distribute crack, possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance, and felon in possession of a handgun.
Samuel was charged with possession with the intent to distribute crack and possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Both are being held in the Georgetown County Detention Center.
