NCPD: 2 arrested for meth, counterfeit money

{}NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- North Charleston police responded to a Sal Lane home for reports of a possible meth lab.

According to a NCPD report, a call came in Tuesday morning from the owner of the residence. He told police that he had gotten into an argument with the suspects and he found what he thought was a meth lab on the property.

A narcotics team arrived and found parts to a broken down, inactive meth lab with meth making materials. They also report finding a printer, paper and counterfeit five and twenty dollar bills. The suspects admitted to making the counterfeit money, according to a NCPD spokesperson.Michael Lee Hilbourn, 37 and 32-year-old Diane Ester Buchanan are charged with manufacturing meth and forgery. Both were each given a bond of $60,000.
