Pair arrested on drug charges in Georgetown County

GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCIV) -- Georgetown County deputies arrested two people on drug charges at a Plantersville home after getting multiple complaints from residents.{}

According to deputies, Malcolm Myers and Willie Lavon Porcher were both charged with trafficking cocaine base, trafficking cocaine within a half-mile of a school, and possession of marijuana.{}

Deputies said they seized more than 30 grams of cocaine and five grams of marijuana.{}

Both men are being held in the Georgetown County Detention Center.{}
