NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- A North Charleston man was arrested Monday after a woman he met online accused him of sexually assaulting her.
According to a North Charleston police report, a 22-year-old woman went to Trident Medical Center Sunday afternoon and told nurses she had been raped.
She told responding officers that she met a man called "J-Love" on the social network, Tagged.
She said she met J-Love for a movie and lunch date but when she got to his home, he became "very forward" despite her telling him she was only there for lunch and a movie.
The victim said this was her first time meeting J-Love, later identified as 25-year-old Jerimiah Laron Chisolm, and they had only communicated through text messages and phone calls.
The victim said Chisolm forced her to have sex with him on his couch and as soon as she could fight him off, she fled to her friend's house and went to the hospital.
Chisolm was arrested early Monday morning and is charged with criminal sexual conduct. His bond was set at 25,000.
