Officials: Two arrested after 43 grams of cocaine found in home

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) -- Three people were arrested after more than 40 grams of cocaine and a stolen gun were found at a home in Goose Creek on Wednesday, officials said.

Geno Curtis White, 22, Xandrea Jacquisha Coardes, 19, and Carol Demone Nelson, 23, were charged with trafficking cocaine and distribution of a controlled substance within a half mile of a school. White was also charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime and felon in possession of a firearm.

White and Coardes were arrested. Officials are still searching for Nelson.

Agents{} with the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office Drug Enforcement Unit seized{} 43 grams of cocaine, money, a vehicle and other items from the home at 2001 Bearclaw Drive, officials said.In addition to the stolen weapon, officials said another handgun was found on the property.

Officials said the cocaine has a street value of $4,300.
