WASHINGTON (WCIV) -- Wyoming Authentic Products LLC recalled about 365 pounds of beef jerky products after a processing deviation, announced the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service.
The Wyoming Gourmet Beef products were produced on various dates between Nov. 4 and Dec. 18, 2013.
Packages of All Natural Angus Original Flavor Jerky, All Natural Angus Peppered Flavor Jerky and All Natural Angus Honey Flavor Jerky are subject to recall.
The products have the establishment number "EST. 44972" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The products were sold at retail stores in Colorado, Utah, Washington and Wyoming and on the Internet.
FSIS officials said the company has not received any reports of illness due to consumption of these products.
