      Chef Kim's recipe: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

      CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - Chef Kimberly Brock-Brown prepares Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

      5 oz Natural Peanut Butter

      1 1/4 C Chick Peas - drained & dry

      2 t{} Vanilla Extract

      2 oz Honey or Agave

      1 t{} Baking Powder

      4 oz Chocolate Chips - White or Dark

      In mixer combine Chick Peas & Peanut Butter.

      Add Vanilla, Honey & Baking Powder. Scrape the bowl.

      Fold in the Chocolate.

      On silpat or parchment scoop cookies and bake for 12-14 min.

      Cool & enjoy

      For more variety add 1/4 cup Oatmeal, 1/4 cup Craisins, 1/4 cup Walnuts
