Spicy Shrimp Cocktail6 servings1 lb Lg Shrimp peeled & deveined1 T Seafood Seasoning 1/2 t Smoked Paprika and extra for rimming glasses 1/2 t Red Pepper Flakes2 Cloves Garlic minced1 Lemon zested and juiced1 Avocado diced8oz Black Olives8oz Cocktail Onions24 oz Tomato Juice or Bloody Mary Mixer- Chilled1 Lime Sliced8 oz Vodka or Gin or Tequila Chilled - Optional6 skewersIn plastic bag put the first 6 ingredients in to marinate for 20 minutes to 1 hour. Skewer 6 sticks and grill until done. About 3 minutes flip and finish cooking. Rim glasses with lime and paprikaIn each glass, layer the avocado, onion and olives. Add alcohol shot to each glass. Add tomato juice.
