Coroner IDs man found dead Monday in North Charleston pond
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) —
The Charleston County Coroner's Office says a body found in a North Charleston pond Monday, June 12, was that of a 68-year-old Summerville man.
Clinton Leroy Roberson, Jr, 68was found dead in the pond off Sumner Avenue. The coroner's office has not determined yet his cause of death. The coroner's office and North Charleston Police are still investigating the case.
North Charleston Police spokesman Spencer Pryor says Robertson was reported missing the weekend prior to the discovery of his body. A missing person alert wasn't released until Monday, the day Robertson's body was found.
