Fly with Fifi: Famous B29 superfortress lands in the Lowcountry

A piece of history is about to land in the Lowcountry.

A B-29 nicknamed "Fifi" is coming to town.

You'll be able to tour and in fly in the historic World War 2 aircraft.

The Commemorative Air Force says tours start at 9 a.m Wednesday and run through Sunday at Atlantic Aviation at Charleston International Airport.

Tour prices start at 10 bucks for adults and 5 dollars for kids 11 and up.

Wednesday, June 21, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

* B-29 flies at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
