Manhunt under way in North Charleston for person who assaulted family members


North Charleston Police spokesman Spencer Pryor says NCPD officers are actively looking for a man accused of assaulting several family members inside an apartment in the Greenridge Road area.

Police say the suspect ran out of the apartment following the assaults.

The incident was first reported shortly after 3 p.m. along the 2200 block of Greenridge Road, according to Charleston County 911 Center dispatch supervisors.
