The North Charleston Police Department has released a picture of a vehicle of interest that may be related to a homicide that happened last October.

Police say the incident happened in the 1900 block of Redwood Street where Willie Duggans (pictured below) suffered from multiple fatal gunshot wounds.

NCPD says a silver or light gold Chrysler 200 with aftermarket wheels and a front vanity plate was seen leaving the area shortly after the incident.

Officials say the vehicle was last seen turning left onto Carner Avenue from Burton Lane heading into the city of Charleston.

Investigators believe the occupants in the vehicle may know important information regarding the October homicide.

Anyone with information regarding this incident, the vehicle of interest and/or its driver or owner, is asked to contact Detective. D. Pritchard at 843-740-2656 or by email at dpritchard@northcharleston.org. An anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers can also be left at 843-554-1111.
