Park Circle Comics having clearance sale, donations will go to Lowcountry non-profit

Park Circle Comics’ Taking Flight Comic Book Show 23 “The Illuminati Clearance Sale” will be held on Saturday, February 17.

The event will be from noon to 5 p.m. at the Sparrow at 1078 East Montague in the Park Circle business district.

The comic book show will feature discounts and bargains on comics from nearly 10,000 to choose from from collector comics, premium wall books and graphic novels.

Some comic’s will be sold starting at just 15 cents.

At the show will also be local artist Kelly Ochocki with her handmade sculptures, drawings and paintings.

Gray Cat Music will also be on site selling vintage vinyl and other music collectables.

A donation of $5 is suggested at the door which Park Circle Comics says goes to a local charity and this year it will be going to Park Circle Cares.

Park Circle Cares is a non-profit organization that fights food insecurity in the Lowcountry.
