RiverDogs win with a walk-off over Augusta GreenJackets

The Charleston RiveDogs beat the Augusta GreenJackets, 9-8, Monday night at The Joe on a walk-off wild pitch in the ninth.

The RiverDogs scored three times in the bottom of the sixth to tie it up at 8-all after trailing 8-5. Augusta's Cesar Yanez walked the bases loaded in the ninth, setting up second baseman Diego Castillo's game-winning score on the wild pitch.

Castillo went 2-for-4 with a walk, an RBI and three runs scored. Angel Aguilar went 2-for-4 with 2 RBIs.

The RiverDogs (4-1) continue their series with the GreenJackets at Joseph P. Riley Park on Tuesday.
