Local athlete selected to 2013 Under Armour All-America Baseball Game Roster

BALTIMORE, Md. (Under Armor Inc.) - Under Armour, Inc., the Baltimore, MD-based leader in sports performance apparel, footwear and accessories, today{} announced the addition of Grant Holmes to the roster for the 2013 Under Armour All-America Baseball Game, powered by Baseball Factory. The game will be played at Wrigley Field on Saturday, August 24th at 1:30 p.m. CST and air live nationally on MLB Network. The Under Armour All-America Baseball Game showcases 36 of the best high school players, competing in an American vs. National team match-up.{} The players are selected by a committee of Baseball Factory scouts.Grant has big velocity from an extremely quick arm. His fastball sits in the mid 90s and has heavy sink. He has a strong lower half and the type of durable build that one can envision throwing quite a few innings as a starter at higher levels.{} His breaking ball is a hard downer that is a swing-and-miss pitch and he also has an advanced feel for his change.
