CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) —

Charleston Police Chief Luther Reynolds said at least 10 people were injured during what officials are calling a mass shooting Monday night in downtown Charleston.

Four of those people are still in critical condition, as of Tuesday afternoon, he said. The youngest victim was 17-years-old; a pregnant woman was among the victims.
