2017 Lowcountry campaign underway to help fight hunger

Lowcountry Food Bank

Harris Teeter, in partnership with the Lowcountry Food Bank, launched its 2017 Harvest Feast Food Drive and Donation Card Campaign.

The campaign is to help with local relief efforts, throughout the entire month of November Harris Teeter will collect non-perishable food items in the lobby of each store location.

The grocery store will also sell $1, $5, and $20 donation cards at check-out to benefit the Food Bank.

One hundred percent of proceeds will be donated directly to the Lowcountry Food bank to help feed community members-in-need.

Last year, the Harvest Feast campaign collected $530,000 for those facing hunger, and since 2005 the campaign has raised more than $4.26 million.

Harris Teeter and the Lowcountry Food Bank are hoping to beat last year’s record with your help.
