Charleston Animal Society scored a touchdown with the "Pup Bowl"

Charleston Animal Society "Pup Bowl" (WCIV)

The Charleston Animal Society brought a pre-Super Bowl celebration to Mount Pleasant with the Pup Bowl.

With four quarters on the clock, 22 fur babies took on the challenge of finding a forever home.

Many dogs and their humans came to the Town Center to cheer on the canines as 16 of the 22 were adopted by the 3rd quarter.

Along with the Pup Bowl, there was a photo booth, bounce house, and coloring for the little humans.

The little humans and puppies even got to cuddle at the end of each quarter, with a donation to the Animal Society.

All proceeds from today's Pup Bowl will go to the Animal Society,
