Man shot in Walterboro, Colleton County Sheriff's Office says


On Monday, February 5 at approximately 2:40 a.m. the Colleton County Sheriff’s Office responded to Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, S.C. in reference to an individual coming to the ER with a gunshot wound.

Deputies say that the victim told them he did not know who shot him or where the shooting happened and that he only recalled seeing lights as he left from Classic’s club.

Deputies also say that a man brought him to CMC and he says the victim was sleeping when he arrived to the scene.

The same man that brought the victim to CMC said he saw him at Classic’s club earlier in the night, Colleton County deputies say.

Police observed blood in the car that the victim was transported in on both the passenger’s seat and door and driver’s seat.
