Self defense series begins this month at local Krav Maga Studio
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) —
There hasn't been a shortage of danger lately. From the kidnapping ofa 4-year-old girl on Johns Island and the school shooting in Parkland, Florida.
In light of recent tragedies, Charleston Krav Maga & MMA will be hosting a series of self-defense seminars for the month of March. The seminars will be led by Krav Maga Black Belt Instructor, Matt Robinson and his team of certified Krav Maga instructors. The seminars will give students the tools they need to protect themselves from various types of attacks involving knife, gun, blunt object and home invasion scenarios.
The classes will be every Saturday in March at Charleston Krav Maga & MMA located in West Ashley at 1250 Wappoo Road.
The March class schedule is as follows:
- Knife Attacks Defense Seminar, Saturday, March 3 from 11:30 a.m. 1 p.m.
- Blunt Object Defense Seminar, Saturday, March 10 from 11:30 a.m. 1 p.m.
- Gun Defense Seminar Saturday, Saturday, March 24 from 11:30 a.m. 1 p.m.
- Home Invasion Defense Seminar, March 24 from 1:30 p.m. 3 p.m.
Seminars per class will be $25 for members and $35 for non-members. A bundle package that includes all seminars is available for $60. To register, click here.
