Later that evening, authorities say deputies on patrol saw the vehicle with an out-of-state license plate parked at a home in Berkeley County.

"Berkeley County deputies were patrolling Frankie Lane and recognized a white Kia Soul with a Georgia license plate that was seen in the footage stealing the package," the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office states. "Upon further investigation, sheriff’s deputies recovered the stolen package among other packages from various addresses."

Waller was arrested and transported to the Hill-Finklea Detention Center.

The multi-agency investigation is being conducted by the Goose Creek and Summerville Police departments.
