Vote: Cooper River Bridge Run 2019 poster design
What design would you like to see on the 2019 Cooper River Bridge Run T-shirt and poster—an outline of the Ravenel Bridge in the Charleston skyline?
A colorful Charleston single house?
Those are the recurring themes for the 2019 Cooper River Bridge Run “people’s choice” poster design content.
There are 62 submissions up for consideration in the "People's Choice" survey.
The designs are varied and colorful. Some include pineapples and flamingos—one design even has a sea turtle looking up at the Ravenel Bridge.
All designs were created and submitted by members of the public.
Only one will grace all official bridge run marketing materials, posters, T-shirts and more.
The “People’s Choice” winner will move forward to the final, top 10 judging round. Voting will close on Sunday, July 22 at 11:59 p.m.
The artist of the winning design will win a $1,000 prize, 100 posters and 24 shirts.
The annual Cooper River Bridge run draws 40,000 runners to Mt. Pleasant to begin the 10K race over the Ravenel Bridge into downtown Charleston. It's the third-largest 10K in the country.
The 42nd annual bridge run will take place on April 6, 2019.
