Can tart cherry juice help you sleep better? Researchers say yes
It's after midnight, and we're still awake. But why? Is there anything we can do to fix this situation?
Apparently, researchers have found the key to a good night's sleep could be in the juice aisle of your grocery store.
A recent study published in American Journal of Therapeutics says if you drink Montmorency Tart Cherry Juice an hour before you go to bed, you'll sleep longer.
They say drinking the juice could give you an extra 84 minutes of sleep-time.
Their research shows the juice works by stopping the build-up of chemicals in your brain that cause poor sleep habits.
