Summerville man facing attempted murder charges in Northern Ireland

A Summerville man is now facing attempted murder charges after three men were stabbed outside a bar in Northern Ireland, according to a story by the BBC.

The BBC reported Nicholas Warner, 31, was on his honeymoon when he got into a fight outside a bar in Ballycarry.

The alleged incident happened last week in County Antrim in Northern Ireland.

Warner first appeared in court earlier this week where he now faces six charges, the BBC reports, three of the charges are for attempted murder.

In court, the BBC reported Warner admitted to having a knife and causing injuries, but argued he acted in self-defense.

Warner has since been released on bail and ordered to surrender his passport.
