Goose Creek Gators looking to bounce back after losing season
Coming off an unacceptable finish for one of the area's most passionate fan bases, the Goose Creek Gators are ready for a new season with a new look, new staff and a big x-factor.
Tavion Major, a quarterback transfer from James Island could play a large leadership role on the team. Head coach Chris Candor coming off a 3-8 season hopes leadership will play the biggest impact on the field.
Joining Candor's staff this season is former Colleton County head football coach Chris Collins. The former Cougars coach was placed on leave last September and his role in the school district was later modified after allegations of unprofessional conduct.
