Kennedy Buck

Kennedy Page Buck was born and raised in Bowie, Maryland and is a recent Magna cum laude graduate of Hampton University.

Kennedy’s passion for journalism began after joining her high school's speech and debate team. During that time on the team, Kennedy won numerous awards for her public speaking and debating abilities. This experience landed her an anchor position as a freshman on Hampton University’s WHOV-TV.

During college, she founded and created SisterTalk, a monthly virtual town hall meeting for college women to discuss issues affecting women of color. The town hall groomed Kennedy’s interviewing and reporting skills and led her to be selected as one of 25 students out of 1,000 applicants as AT&T’s Rising Future Makers.

Kennedy is excited to start this new chapter with ABC News 4.
